Nice property in a nice location. It didn't take long to get to other places to visit on the south coast. The hot tub was great and was enjoyed by the whole family (understand a new cover is already on order). My partner and I have visited Lerryn on days out and felt it was an ideal location to stay. I couldn't believe my excellent choice in finding something to offer everyone including a hot tub and table fo otball and even a Robin feeding his chick's in a nest outside the back door! The accommodation was spacious and well furnished in a perfect location.

Fantastic accommodation, very clean, tidy and immaculately presented. A charming cottage with a homely feel. Beautiful location close to the river, where we enjoyed paddle boarding every morning and evening as we were lucky with the tides, then straight in to the hot tub which was a very relaxing. Lerryn is a beautiful Cornish village with a local pub (frequented quite a bit during our stay) a corner shop which sells pasties ( we ate quite a lot of these) and a place we will visit again.

Had a brilliant time. The cottage was perfect as was the location. The pub was superb and allowed us to take glasses over to sit in the cottage garden. We stayed for 3 nights, had a BBQ the first, ate in the pub the second and ordered an Indian takeaway for the third (left menu in the welcome pack). The village shop was also superb with lots of fre sh local produce. The people in the pub and the shop were extremely welcoming. We will definitely be going back some day.
